We partner with Aramex to deliver your Nayomi parcel right to your door step.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do. Nayomi partners with a global carrier called Aramex Couriers to deliver your Nayomi parcel right to your door.

What are your charges for delivery?

We charge a standard flat fee for your delivery, regardless of weight. Please see section on courier charges for your specific region and currency.

Why am I paying shipping charges?

The delivery fee is a flat fee, regardless of weight, so you will not be asked to pay for incremental weight, just the small once off cost.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I track my parcel?

Yes you can, simply enter the Airwaybill number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the Aramex website https://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx and you will be updated with the shipment status.

What are your charges for delivery?

  • We charge a standard flat fee of SAR/AED 28 for your delivery for all orders under SAR/AED 300.
  • Cash on delivery charge is SAR/AED 22. This is mandatory from Aramex

Anything above SAR/AED 300 or USD 100 is free of charge delivery.

How can I shop on nayomi.com?

Simply select your items, in the desired size and quantity. Then proceed to checkout and enter all required fields (billing, shipping etc). Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Make sure you keep this as it will contain important information such as your order number.

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a convenient and complimentary service, which allows you to shop and pay for your order on one of our sites, select your pick-up point as one of our participating stores in KSA and UAE and collect it at your convenience. Our store will contact you when your parcel is ready for pick-up.

How do I place an order for click & collect?

Here is what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

  1. Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.
  2. Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to Basket' button.
  3. Choose the store you would like to collect from using the drop down list or select it on the map
  4. Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.
  5. Store will call you when receive the parcel, so you can go and collect.

How much does it cost?

Click & Collect is free from your chosen store. Your order can be collected in 4-5 business days. The store will call you when it is ready for collection.

Which store will my order go to?

When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a store that's convenient for you from a list of stores available for your order. The name of your chosen store will appear in your email confirmation.

How can I pay for click and collect order?

Click & Collect is a pre-paid service meaning we only offer collection for orders placed using a Creditor Visa card. Cash on Delivery orders are excluded from Click & Collect.

How do I create an account?

Click on the Create an Account button and complete all required fields. You will be asked to enter an email address and unique password. On future visits, you can log into your account and view your profile. You will also be eligible for special offers and promotions as a registered user.

Must I create an account to shop on Nayomi.com

No, you can check out as a guest. However you will only be eligible for promotions and special offers as a registered user.

Why login?

When you create an account and login, you will be able to view your previous baskets and we will be able to tailor make special offers for you.

Do you have stores where I can try the items on?

Can I purchase items in bulk and resell them?

The resale of Nayomi items is prohibited; even if doing so in countries where Nayomi does not have a store. Doing so will make you subject to legal action.

How do I use a promotional code?

When you are ready to check out, enter the promotional code into the 'Promotional Code' box and proceed with your check out. The offer will be applied to all applicable items in your basket at the time of entering the promotional code.

Can I return items purchased on Nayomi.com

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on underwear. We will accept returns on sleepwear and bras if it meets the Returns criteria outlined in our policy.

Will I get a refund for items purchased in your store?

If you take your items to a Nayomi store you can exchange your items only. You will not be refunded for your items in our stores

Will I get a refund for items purchased on Nayomi.com?

Yes. If your items are returned to us via courier to our KSA warehouse or UAE warehouse, our Quality team will check your items before a refund is processed into your bank account. You will bear the delivery charges. We do not refund delivery charges except where the Product is defective or is not the Product you ordered.

Is the delivery cost refunded when I return an item?

We are happy to refund the delivery cost of the item if a mistake had been made by the team, such as incorrect item and size sent, damaged product etc.

Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded if the receiver no longer wants the item.

How can I pay for my purchase on Nayomi.com

We accept online payment by Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card. Your payment details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. You must retain a copy of your transaction records and our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
