Return Policy


We are proud to offer a convenient return and exchange policy. We will accept the exchange or return of a Product provided that:

  • the Product is not underwear;
  • the Product is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery (or, in respect of a discounted Product, the relevant sale period if shorter);
  • the Product is returned with its original receipt (bank statements will not be accepted);
  • the Product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with swing tags; and
  • if the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased are returned at the same time.

Refunds will be made by the original mode of payment. We do not refund delivery charges except where the Product is defective or is not the Product you ordered

You may return the Product in-store at any one of our stores in the GCC or Morocco or you can contact our customer service team by phone or email to arrange for a return by post or courier.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
