Nayomi.com are proud to offer convenient and generous returns and exchange policies to our customers.
Considering the intimate nature of our products, and all required Health and Safety laws, Nayomi.com will gladly accept the exchange or return of an item, provided that it meets with all of the following conditions:
- the Product is not underwear;
- the Product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery (discounted items or products bought during sale can only be exchanged within the sale period);
- the Product is exchanged/returned with its original receipt, which was included in the delivery. Unfortunately, bank statements will not be accepted;
- the Product is undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with swing tags;
- if the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.
Refunds will be made by the original mode of payment or to your bank account, in case you paid cash on delivery. We do not refund delivery charges except where the Product is defective or is not the Product you ordered.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
